1.3 Location Information
- For Dietitians, we collect real-time geographic coordinates when they attend a camp to confirm on-site attendance.
- Location data is collected only during camp participation and not continuously.

1.4 Device Information
- Device type, operating system, and Firebase-generated unique IDs for authentication and notifications.

- To verify user identity through Firebase OTP.
- To enable camp creation, booking, and attendance tracking.
- To send notifications about new camps or updates.
- To verify the presence of a dietitian during a scheduled camp.
- To maintain accurate professional records for Pharma Companies, TLs, and MEs.
- To ensure transparency and security across all platform activities.

- Uploaded files (certificates, bank details, etc.) are stored on secure servers with restricted access.

- With Pharma Companies, TLs, or MEs within the same organizational structure.
