- "User" refers to any Pharma Company, Team Leader (TL), Medical Representative (ME/MR), or Dietitian (individual or agency).
- "Camp" means a medical event booked or attended through Gliatech.

2. Account and Verification
- All users must register using a valid mobile number or email ID verified via Firebase OTP.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- Any misuse or sharing of OTPs or account access may result in suspension or termination.

3. Use of Services
- Pharma Companies, TLs, and MEs can create and manage medical camps.
- Dietitians (individual or agency) can view, accept, and attend camps assigned in their area or PIN code.
- Dietitians’ location may be tracked during camp attendance to verify presence and prevent fraudulent entries.
- Users agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to submit false information.

4. Data Collection and Usage
- Gliatech collects personal, professional, and location data for operational purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
- By using the App, you consent to this data collection and usage.
- Data collected includes uploaded documents, educational proofs, bank details, and GPS coordinates during active camps.

5. Uploaded Documents
- Dietitians must upload accurate and valid certificates and bank details.
- Fake, forged, or misleading documents may lead to account termination.

6. Responsibilities
- Users must ensure the accuracy of all information submitted.
- Gliatech is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from incorrect information or misuse by third parties.
- All bookings and communications must be made through the official App.

7. Suspension or Termination
Gliatech reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found violating terms, submitting false data, or misusing platform features.

8. Limitation of Liability
Gliatech is not liable for:
- Network or connectivity issues.
- Inaccurate location tracking due to GPS or device errors.
- Misconduct of users or third-party service providers.

9. Intellectual Property
All logos, app content, and software belong to Gliatech and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
